The National Archives and Records Administration has ordered a full review of documents held by President Trump


The National Archives and Records Administration has sent a request to the Justice Department to investigate whether former President Donald Trump violated federal laws when he took some White House documents as he left office, according to two administration officials on Tuesday.Earlier, the National Archives and Records Administration said Trump must return 15 boxes of documents he should not have taken, including letters Obama left for Trump when he left office.The administration says that under the Presidential Records Act, such records are supposed to be turned over to the agency for safekeeping when presidents leave office.The agency also said Mr. Trump had torn up some of its files.After that, the authority had to use tape to try to put the documents back together.(CCTV)
