How to switch Linux users between Graphical mode and text mode


Log out of graphical mode and re-enter the system.In the GNOME desktop environment, click Shutdown in the upper right corner and run logout.Text mode Run the su command to switch the user. Syntax: su [User name] If no user name is specified, the user is switched to root by default, but a password is required. Note:Root does not need a password to switch to another user, other users need a password to switch to another user, or root needs a password to switch to another user. Run the exit command to exit the user who switched from su. Run the //whoami command to view the current user
