The Analects of Confucius explained by Hua Shan

“” onerror =” javascript: errorimg. Call (this);”Word-wrap: break-word! Important; “> < p style =" max-width: 100%;The "practice" of learning in time is not the practice of reviewing lessons. When you hear the teacher say that you need to review at home in class, there is nothing very happy. This "xi" in the traditional, above is a feather feather, below is a white. In "say text solution word" inside say: "xi, bird number fly also. What does that mean? The bird learned to fly from its mother, learned and learned, and finally flew. What happens when you fly? It's the unity of knowledge and action. The original flying is like this, I fly up, is not not happy ah?Therefore, I hope that the value of reading this book is: substitute yourself, thinking about things, bowing and acting alone, looking into your own experience, and finally get the unity of knowledge and action, "I know, the original is so, it is so", so that you can play with ease in Chinese society, both sides of the happiness. So let me explain a few more words, called "put yourself in, look into your own experience, think about things, and walk alone."First of all, read to yourself, put yourself in.Don't look like you're standing outside, it's just a spectator. Why do I say THAT I wrote this book knowing and doing as one?Because many people are watching the same writing, and watching the same reading. The book I wrote has probably sold more than 100,000 copies. Many people ask me, "When will you write the Tao Te Ching?"I said I couldn't write the Tao Te Ching because I didn't understand it.Why don't I get it?Because I don't do what the Taoists say.How can you understand if you don't do it?The same thing, Confucianism and Taoism are different values, there are different practices.Well, I study Confucianism because one chooses a philosophy because that's who one is.I am such a person, so I choose Confucianism, I also follow this.So I am substituting myself, cutting myself into the experience, go inside to observe themselves, to find their own experience, and then bow alone, according to do so, and finally get the unity of knowledge and action, to achieve "learning and time to practice, not also said".So one of the things I want to emphasize here is that there's a lot of talk about Confucianism and what's called "neo-Confucianism."I don't know what neo-Confucianism is.What is the difference between the new Confucianism and the old Confucianism?I don't know. The gleason's second assertion, that "the century was the Age of Confucianism", is, I think, a farfetched one. These are not our concerns, I should say these are not my concerns. What I care about is self-cultivation, not the value of Confucianism to the society and the country. That is not what I consider.Because Confucius said, "Not in his position, not in his government."I'm not in that position, I just listen, that's not my problem. All we see it is for their own, is also said by Confucianism, learning is for their daily practice, daily use, every day behavior. What are the behaviors?Three actions: responding to things, receiving things, treating people.A thing comes, how to treat this thing, treat this thing;A thing to how to pick up, people to how to treat people. The basic thing is to do things, to receive things, to treat people daily.Everything is all in their own, and not to judge the world, the country and society, on their own that is the real learning. This is what I hope readers will learn in my book. There are two things ON the legendary wall ABOVE that I want to share with readers. The first is the way of loyalty and forgiveness, and the second is the way of being near and far.Why is the first one about being faithful and forgiving?Because Confucius said, "MY path is consistent."That is, my way is one and the same. Then he went out.The students did not understand, so they asked Zeng Zi, "The teacher said that his doctrine is consistent with his practice. What is his doctrine?"Zeng Zi said, "The master's way is only a matter of loyalty and forgiveness."So if you want to sum up Confucius' thought and the way of Confucius in one sentence or one word, it is "loyalty and forgiveness", it is loyalty and forgiveness.Let's start with this dharma.I'm going to start with the last one, because this one is more familiar, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."So what is Confucianism based on?What is the fundamental basis of it?It is the goodness of our common people, called empathy. Then put it into classical Chinese, that is, apply yourself to others.By putting myself in others' shoes, I will be able to treat others as I would like to be treated.I don't want to be treated as I wouldn't want to be treated. And to apply oneself to others is not to say that I and the other two people mutually, but one to many, I to everyone. In "The Great Learning" and "The Doctrine of the Mean", it is said that what is evil on the top, do not do to the bottom (do not make the bottom);Do not do to above what is evil below;Do not do evil to the past;Do not do to the past what you have done to the past;Do not do to the right what is evil to the left;Do not do to the left what is evil to the right...This means do not treat your subordinates as you would not have them treat you.Do not treat your superiors as you would not be treated by your subordinates. This is "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".Therefore, the principle of Confucian cultivation is: from the inside to the outside, from the near to the far, only in order to cultivate one's morality, the family, the country, and the world, it is based on the way of loyalty and forgiveness. You know how to treat your superiors, because you have subordinates.Treat your superiors as you would have them treat you;Treat your subordinates as you wish your superiors to treat you.To extend the doctrine of "do unto others what you would not have others do unto you" to the whole world, to the whole world, and to all those around you, is the doctrine of forgiveness. What about loyalty?Just now, the way of forgiveness is negative. If you do not want to encounter something, you should not give it to others, that is, two "no" s. If you do not want to encounter something, you should not give it to others, two "no" s.Loyalty, then, is positive: what you want, you know that others want. This is called "establishing others by yourself, and achieving others by yourself", which means achieving others.Especially as a leader, you have a greater responsibility to achieve for others. So the way of loyalty and forgiveness adds up to this: one is to be successful, and the second is not to be bad to people. Is it simple? This is the first one I want to share. It's called "The Way of Loyalty and Forgiveness."So the second one I want to share is called "Near and far."I also take this as h&H's business theory and philosophy. The two sentences mean the same thing, but "yue Yue yue yuan" is the action and "Yue Yuan yuan" is the result. What does that mean?In the Analects of Confucius, Lord Ye inquired about government. Lord Ye was the same as Lord Ye who loved the dragon. Later, because he did not listen to Confucius, we got the idiom Lord Ye loved the dragon. The Duke of Ye asked Confucius, "How should political governance be conducted?"Then Confucius said, "Politics is simple: 'He who is near delights; he who is far comes.'"Those who are near are pleased, and those who are far away come by themselves."Yue recent far" means that we don't have to worry about the distant people, we only need to focus on making the near people happy, the distant people will come naturally. How do I regard joy as h&H's business philosophy?I've been advertised everywhere with six words: "No bid, no draft."A lot of people say it can't be done, like I'm the only one in the industry who can do it.If you don't bid and others bid, how can you get the business?I am "yue recent far", I only want to let my existing customers happy, that distant customers he came. For example, H&H had never been in contact with the catering industry before. By chance, h&H cooperated with Xibei to create "I Love Oat · Xibei Oat Noodle Village". Xibei was delighted by The success of Xibei oat Noodle Village in 2013.At the same time, due to the success of Xibei, distant guests themselves came, there are Putian restaurant, Haidilao, duck neck, including the most popular later Michelle Ice City, Wallace, including now the emerging five ye mix noodles...The catering industry has become one of h&H's largest customer source industries. All this comes from xibei's "near and far" at the beginning, and then a dozen new catering customers, basically every one should be satisfied, so more and more to come.So I take care of whoever comes, and I don't care who comes, you take care of yourself. This is the lowest acquisition cost.So Confucius said politics is simple: those who are near are happy; those who are far come. This is on the client. In addition, in terms of employees, how to let employees in the company, we call to come, rich, teach, work, and finally to achieve. If the people here are happy, then the people outside, the people who are far away and the people who are still in school will all think "when can I work in H&H?" then I don't need to go out to look for them, I just need to satisfy the people here.I said the number, not counting the year-end bonus, now our company has about 200 people, just 200 or more than 190 people, now we pay about six million yuan a month, that is to say, our usual salary -- per capita salary -- more than 30,000 yuan.I think our annual per capita income this year should exceed 600,000.Now few people know, and not many people know that H&H used to be so easy to make money. In fact, self-cultivation, family, governance, peace, it is also a yue recent far principle. How many places do you think you could go if you were a hunter and you wanted to get out and do some good? You are very inefficient. But when you are near and far, you start as a circle, as a point, and then you affect the circle around you.I created a new animation to calculate the area of each circle.Let's say I'm affecting a circle with radius R, and the area is PI r squared. If its radius is 1, the area is PI, and PI times 1 squared is also PI.And then I expand it one more time, so it becomes a radius of 2,2 squared is 4, so it's 4 PI.4 PI minus PI is 3 PI, and the area of the first circle is 3 PI.I'm increasing the distance equally, so the radius goes from 2 to 3, and I'm adding 5 PI to the third circle, right?9 PI minus 4 PI.We added 3 PI to the second circle, 5 PI to the third circle, and what is 4 PI squared?Four, four, sixteen, sixteen PI minus nine PI is seven PI, and you could go on and on.The speed of growth is actually like a tsunami. What can travel all the way from Tonga to Hainan Island?Only the power of a tsunami. And the tsunami force doesn't it go all over the place? No, it just exploded at that point, but it exploded with enough energy. So what does our near and distant energy depend on?Is to rely on the accumulation of time, not by a few heavy hammer. Is a little bit of accumulation, every customer, every employee here, you give it (he) good service, take good care of, good achievements, then 20 years, 30 years of accumulation, you have the world. This year marks the 20th anniversary of H&H, so I often tell you that H&H is still 10 years away from success.Because I know where the circle is, and how big the next circle will be.So what I want to share with you in this book, I think, are these two core concepts: the first one is the way of being faithful and forgiving, and the second one is from afar. There are eight words in total. Have you learned them?
